TAccountZone displays every entry as a T-account, the visual format used in accounting education worldwide.

Demo mode is the full application with no account required and no time limit. You can create journals, enter transactions, view balances, and explore every feature without signing up or paying. When you want to save your work permanently or unlock higher limits, you can upgrade to a paid plan.

TAccountZone runs in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. It does not require any installation. On mobile, it works in the same browsers, though the desktop experience is recommended for serious bookkeeping work.

Yes. TAccountZone is local-first software — your ledger is a file stored on your own device. We do not have a database of your transactions and have no way to access your data. Your financial records stay on your machine.

If you lose the file, the data in it is gone — we don't hold a backup copy. We recommend keeping your ledger file in a folder that syncs to your cloud storage (iCloud, OneDrive, Google Drive, or similar). This gives you a backup without us ever seeing the contents.

Yes. Because your ledger is just a file, you can share it with anyone — email it, put it in a shared folder, or hand it to a colleague. The recipient opens it in their own copy of TAccountZone. There are no collaboration features built in at this stage; sharing is file-level.

An organisation code (org code) is a short code tied to an Enterprise licence. You purchase a licence with a set seat count, receive a code, and distribute it to your users. Each user enters the code in the app to activate their seat. There are no per-user accounts to manage and no email addresses to collect. Seat counts and code validity periods are agreed at purchase.
